Is shipping really free?
Yes. Free shipping to every country we ship to.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship in 2 to 5 business days. Delivery is about 7 to 14 business days in the US and 10 to 20 business days elsewhere. You get a tracking number when it ships.
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes, worldwide. Customs duties or import taxes set by your country may apply.
What if I change my mind?
You have 30 days from delivery. Email embervue@outlook.com and we will make it right.
What do the add-ons cover?
Shipping Protection ($4.99): if your parcel is lost, damaged or stolen, email us within 30 days of delivery and we reship or refund. It is a store promise, not an insurance policy. 30-Day Guarantee ($4.99): on top of our free guarantee, we cover your return shipping and process your refund within 2 business days of receiving the hoodie.
